Chelsea forward Eden Hazard seemingly confirmed his Stamford Bridge exit in a brief exchange with a fan that was filmed and uploaded to social media. The Belgian has had another magnificent season in west London, racking up a total of 32 goals and assists, making the PFA Player of the Year shortlist. A fan has uploaded to social media siteInstagram, publishing a clip which shows a group of supporters pulling up alongside Hazard's car in traffic. The group shout to the Belgian, and essentially beg him to 'stay at Chelsea, stay at Chelsea.' Despite the footage being rather grainy, Hazard can be seen to give a little shake of the head along with a grin, before driving off. Video Below...
