You are missing the point. There is no need for humour in the dire state of security in Nigeria today, with scores of people slaugtered, kidnapped or bombed. Even animals would demand better treatment.

When Buhari was campaigning in 2015 he sounded serious, straight-faced, and seemed like he was raring to fix insecurity and other teeming problems of the country. Under his leadership everythibg has turned upside down and he still has rhe guts to make humorous remarks about the terrible state of the nation.
