Job Title: FARM OFFICER

Qualification/Specification
• B.Sc/HND/OND holder in Agric Extension and Rural development or any other agric related course
• High level of resilience and ability to operate in a high pressure environment.
• Ability to facilitate problem solving in a team forum..
• Good knowledge of performance metrics
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft applications.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time- management skills
• Decision- making skills
• Proficient skills in public speaking
• Good Computer skills, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel)
• Male or Female
• Professional certification will be an added advantage but not a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitors and delegate work to farm hands
2. Gives daily report on work-done on farm and periodically writes reports for farm unit
3. assist farm manager and gives progress reports to farm manager for planning
4. Coordinate farm activities from planting till harvesting.
