Good day, I need to get a new phone that has a good camera, but my budget is about 40k

I have tried to check through the new options online, but I'm scared to buy a phone that won't serve me. Cos in the buhari regime, every kobo counts��

I have checked thru the new infinix hot 7 pro, tecno spark 3, pouvir 2. I don't know which to go for.

Please help with reviews and suggestions

I've SAMSUNG galaxy note 4 for sale. The back camera lens is faulty but any other thing is working flawlessly.
