Okay let's all go down memory lane. I know a lot of us did some very crazy things back in secondary school so I will love us to share any experience you had to lie one yeye lie just to avoid punishment.

Then in my secondary school, flogging on the ass was like everyday routine (touch your toe). As in those teachers were so mean and they had the specialist in flogging that when they call those two teachers for flogging you know that your own is finished. Their own flogging dey penetrate die no hard man for that one, you ass must burn. This one no guy man can form strong man when when girls were there you must jumb or run or cry.

So I entered yawa one day, I was in the boarding house but I sneaked out of school one day and came back the next day as a day student thinking I won't be caught be behold I enter one chance. This one now was assembly matter where all those my small small junior girls I use to form big boy for where all there. They now called one of the specialist in flogging omo immediately my liver has already dropped because I knew I must Jones once that flogging touch my ass.

Immediately I just remembered one yeye lie and now quickly told the teacher in his ear that I have pile in my ass which was so painful (God forbid and forgive me) and that was why I left school because I was scared and I didn't know what to do. As in that lie just felt like if one Angle just came down from heaven. The now told me I was going to wash toilet as my punishment. I swear though the toilet is crazy as I have to pound a lot of shit that has filled up the toilet, that was so much better than that ass flogging that can make someone on sit down well for days with the embarrassment on top of it when na on pant I wear inside my trousers.

Well that's way back. I would love to read other peoples story.

Me way dey always form sickness. If i don too lie with sickness, i go pour ink for leg form say i get home accident.

The greatest lie was telling my teacher , that my grandfather who died Centuries ago just died yesterday.

I didn't lie sha o but had to put on like 7 boxers so i can dust cane chopping but at the end of the day, i still got caught

In my own case, it was my chemistry master that saved me with a lie.

I was out with some friends during prep. We went to a palm wine base and was having great tasting palmwine. All of a sudden, the school's senior housemaster and the chemistry master came there. All my other friends bolted on seeing them. However, I stayed back because I knew both masters knew me and running was not going to save me. I also failed to stop drinking the palmwine and continued on

The very next day, I was called to the headmaster's office. I met the senior housemaster there. He had already told the headmaster and they asked me to own up the friends that did run away. I told the headmaster I was the only person there and that nobody was with me. The senior housemaster got really mad and sent for the chemistry master to come and confirm what he had already told the headmaster.

The chemistry master came in and said that indeed when he came to the place with the senior housemaster, he saw only me drinking from a calabash. However, he was not sure of the content and can't say whether it was alcohol or water. Immediately, I saw the escape route my chemistry master has carved for me and I bolted for it.

I boldly told my headmaster that I was thirsty and went to the place for water. The senior housemaster was both angry and disappointed at the chemistry master and because of that, failed to contend my claim. I was punished for missing prep but saved from outright dismissal if it had been found that I drunk alcohol.

I am forever grateful to Mr. Gyasi for saving my education.

I remember once in jss2 80% of my school notes wasn't complete and all the teachers picked that horrible Thursday to check notes..
Damn I didn't know what to do till a friend gave me two tramadol pills to take, few minutes after I took it I started throwing up like crazy, collapsed and had to be rushed to the sick bed..
I was later allowed to go home and was also given a 3day rest period!!
Omo na so I take escape come use those 3days complete my note ooo..
When I resume the kinda thing wey I hear ehn omo, them use cane scatter pipo body.. (I thank God for that tm dat day)

I no lie, I just collect the punishment and move on..

I remembered one morning one of my teachers walked in to the class and asked if you know you're owing for PTA and harvest stand up(It is a missionary/government school), Omo fear of being flogged made me not to stand up cos that man is one of the most dreaded teachers. Luckily for me the man actually came to know those still owing cos he misplaced the list for those that are owing.
After a week the man came back with the two lists; the original list for those that have paid and the other list he compiled a week ago and he noticed my name only appeared on the PTA's corner in the original list but was not in the list for those owing, na so the man start to dey beg me for two weeks say make I tell am the true, shey I don pay, Omo I tight my mind o, I lied that I have paid and coincidentally my dad gave me the money for the HARVEST on the day he agreed that I have paid, he even used me as an example of upright and truthful student to my classmates but those ones wey I flexed the money with just dey laugh with style.

Omo na flexing for me and my guys cos I took them out for flexing

P.S- similar issue also happened in my primary school

I was never punished in school.
