Am an estate surveyor and currently marketing the hostel for the company,

The accommodation is a self contain apartment with its own toilet and shower cubicle tiled to lintel level. It also comes with a built-in wardrobe and separate standing locker, reading table, and a bed frame without mattresses),


**RENT is N24,200 per month (can be paid monthly or as desired, but a maximum of 6month is accepted upfront)

**SERVICE CHARGE is N5,000 per month (these services includes: elevator, 24hrs security, secured large car park, stand-by generator, dedicated transformer, in-house supermarket, in-house restaurant, laundry service and well treated water)

**REFUNDABLE CAUTION DEPOSIT is N15,000 payable monthly (or on terms agreeable),, this deposit is refundable at the end of your tenure, provided you do not cause any damage to their fixtures and fittings.
