For two consecutive seasons, Barcelona F.C has gone out of the UEFA Champions League unceremoniously after a 3 goal advantage at the Camp Nou.
And Messi has once again suffered another heart break after he had promised the Camp Nou faithfuls that he would bring the UEFA Champions League trophy back home this year.
After Real Madrid and Ronaldo’s Juventus went out of the UEFA Champions League, we all knew the next team to win the tournament was Barcelona.
And with Messi’s brace last week at the Camp Nou, you would never have thought Liverpool would do the unthinkable.

But they did it and as they have done before at Istanbul in 2005 against A.C Milan.

There's nothing outstanding in Messi performance in the champions league this season, the only tough opponent he met was Liverpool and he was knocked out, Ronaldo also had a great performance against Atl Madrid.

Oga stop analysing football as a fanboy... U are a fanboy and it didn't take much to know U are a Ronaldo fanboy. Tottenham is no longer a tough opponent abi? Inter Milan are now ordinary ryt, Lyon dat beat Man City are also an ordinary team ryt? D same Liverpool he scored 2 against. He's on 12 goals in d Champions league and 3 assists. Barca scored a total of 26goals. He's on 34 goals in d La Liga. So becos his team lost he's now irrelevant? U ppl are despicable really
