If the people of Kano really desired these new Emirates then this decision is dream come true for them. Although, this decision may be a punitive action for the brazen partisanship of current Emir of Kano, the beneficiaries wouldn't mind after all someone has to lose for another to win or gain. One would only hope it results in real development for the people more than giving one bloody man the authority to arrogantly lord it over the others.
