This is a 3 day training and preparation for the IIEMA Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) ® Exams. It is an intensive hands on knowledge transfer in enterprise operations and strategy management, it is a detailed acquisition of skills and knowledge required in Enterprise management to passing the exams in one sitting.
