Nora West-Allen’s life is on the line and the Reverse-Flash returns in The Flash’s Season 5 Finale. But before it all goes down, check out the brand new trailer for “Legacy”.
The Flash ‘s fifth season has seen Barry Allen deal with a lot. Not only did his and Iris’ time-traveling daughter, Nora West-Allen, arrive from the future (due to her alliance with Eobard Thawne), her subsequent actions in the present resulted in the creation of not one but two new Cicadas.
As it turned out in this week’s episode, it was all part of an elaborate plan on the Reverse-Flash’s part to free himself from Iron Heights as it would result in his own power-dampener (Cicada’s dagger) being destroyed, allowing him to regain his abilities.
Now, after weeks of manipulation, it all comes to a head next week in the Season 5 Finale. But if you’re too excited to wait that long, then you’ll be glad to hear that The CW has released a brand new trailer for the explosive episode.

The finale, titled “Legacy”, will see Grace/Cicada II go on a violent rampage after her plan to disperse a metahuman disease across the country failed. As a result, she will unleash her anger by attempting to take out Central City’s metahuman population by hand instead. Of course, this will lead to a showdown with Team Flash – who will unite against her in an attempt to take her down once and for all.
However, with Thawne’s plan in full force, it appears that Nora will race to the future in a bid to stop the Reverse-Flash from escaping his punishment and disappearing from the timeline. Can she make it to him in time? Or will Thawne, like always, be one step ahead?

The Flash returns to The CW next Tuesday, May 14, at 8:00 p.m. ET to air its Season 5 Finale.
