Here is a video of a Policeman dehumanizing a Micheal Okpara University (MOUA) student in Umudike, Abia State. The student who's in his finals, was stripped and manhandled by the officer over a crime that is yet to be ascertained. Some residents of the area instead of intervening in the matter, were seen filming the Police man as he flogged and poured the boy water as he's still on the floor.
