The information reaching us now is that the Vice Chancellor/ school authority of Federal University of Technology owerri have offered a general pardon to all the above students convicted of exam malpractice for the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

The University during the last academic section (Rain semester) Implemented an exam system populary know among students of Federal University of Technology owerri as " Decentralized Exam system" .

This was done in order to curb Exam malpractice in this noble institution.News reaching us is that " Decentralized Exam system" didnt go so well, as many students weren't able to take there exams effectively.Due to inadequate seat capacity.
