The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Saturday announced the release of 1,792,719 results of candidates who sat for the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Registrar of the examination body Professor, Prof Is-haq Oloyede, announced the release of the results on Saturday morning in Abuja. The JAMB boss said that due to various infractions the board withheld the results of 34,120 for various infractions. The registrar also said that 15,145 results were withheld for further clarification. This news medium had reported on Friday that the registrar said JAMB would release the results on Saturday.
