Borussia Dortmund star, Jadon Sancho, has at long last chosen not to leave the club for Manchester United this late spring exchange window.

Sancho has drawn enthusiasm from Manchester United as of late. Jadon Malik Sancho (born 25 March 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund and the England national team.

Sancho was previously a youth player with Watford and Manchester City and signed his first senior contract with Dortmund in 2017. In his second season, he established himself as a first team regular and won the Bundesliga Player of the Month for October 2018. Sancho was part of the England youth team that won the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cupand made his debut for the senior team in 2018.

Sancho signed for the German club Bundesliga Borussia Dortmund on August 31, 2017 for a reported rate in the region of £ 8 million and was immediately included in the main team. He later stated that he felt confident in making the move overseas because of his previous experiences in moving with Watford and Manchester City. Sancho made his club debut against Eintracht Frankfurt on October 21, starting as a substitute six minutes from time, becoming the first Englishman to play in a Bundesliga match for Dortmund. Sancho made his first championship in Dortmund on January 14, 2018, hitting the beam in a goalless draw with VfL Wolfsburg. He scored his first professional goal on April 21, 2018. It was the first goal in a 4-0 win against Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga and he also helped two other goals in the same match.

Having signed a new contract keeping him in the club until 2022, Sancho was successful in October 2018 by being named Player of the Month of the Bundesliga, registering three goals and a assist in only three league matches. Among her goals for the month was an advantage over Hertha BSC, which made him the first player born in the 2000s to score twice in a single Bundesliga and the youngest ever by a Dortmund player.

During a 3-3 draw with Hoffenheim on February 9, 2019, he became the youngest player ever to score eight goals in a Bundesliga season, breaking the record previously held by Christian Wück. Later that month, scoring a 3-2 win over Bayer Leverkusen, he broke Lukas Podolski’s record to become the youngest player to score nine Bundesliga goals at 18 years and 336 days. On 13 April, Sancho scored two goals in a 2-1 win over Mainz and in doing so became the youngest Dortmund player to score at least 10 goals in a single Bundesliga campaign .
