Excellent. Look at most societies. The so called developed countries. Change started from the bottom. Ghana you are talking of, yeah the change was made but is it sustainable? Most people who shaped the world positively or negatively are mostly leadersvin their own rightYou cannot effect real changes by being a follower.You must see opportunities in every difficulty rather than difficulty in every opportunity.even if you are poor,you will have followers,then you are a leader.Go and read up on a few people who changed the USA like Thomas Jefferson,Thomas Paine ,Benjamin Franklin ,George Washington,Alexander Hamilton etc were leaders in their own right.
