This is the Nigerian army, not a boys scout organization. A Nigerian army that has the full backing of the State and gets hundreds of billions from the government on a regular, with all kinds of artillery and hardware, plus domestic and foreign training. Adeboye is wise, changing a General in the middle of a batle doesnt bring about positive changes, the army has a Modern day War room where war strategist meet and draw out battle plans for months tampering with that would cost us another long time to strategise.
