JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos State.

Job Description:
- Update all daily invoices for pick-up and delivery.
-Invoice and tag all clothing items received.
-Take note of all tears, stains and all other defects on clothing items
-Hand over all tagged items to the processing department
-Carry out all alterations or amendments as required by the Customer
- Attend to all customer enquiries and complaints
-Pick up and deliver clothing items to customers
-Report all complaints to the Company and ensure proper resolution of such complaints
- Negotiate and agree on prices or discounts as the case may be
-Send reminders for payments, pick-ups,
-Market the services of the Company to individuals and companies
-All other marketing functions as may be required
-Carry out all other duties as instructed

Remuneration: 30k/monthly

Job Title; Dry Cleaner
Location: Lekki, Lagos State.
(2 years experience)

Job Description
- responsible for dry cleaning, ironing, bagging and also assist with alterations or amendments as required by the Customer
- responsible for operating machines such as washers, dryers, extractors etc.
_ Wash all clothes/materials etc including delicate ones without damages
~Sort and count articles removed from dryers, and fold, wrap, or hang them.
~Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to clean, color, dry, or stiffen articles.
~Iron clothes and have adequate skills for everything related to dry cleaning service
-Carry out all other duties as instructed

Remuneration; 40k/monthly.
