A Military expert and social commentator known only as Edward has disclosed that the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) is considering exchanging kidnapped Dapchi schoolgirl, Leah Sharibu and the only remaining abducted surviving United Nations International Children Emergency Fund with arrested members. The military private military contractor made this known in a tweet on his official twitter handle.
