Fatigue is a common problem nowadays for many people. Without doing any hard or physical work, they complain of feeling too much tiredness and laziness. They can't identify the reason behind it until they go to a doctor. The main reason of fatigue is no or very little physical activity, obesity, eating unhealthy food and untimely or improper sleeping.

If you ignore fatigue for long then it can lead to some serious health problems such as sleep apnea, depression, anxiety, diabetes, abnormal heart beat rate, etc.

The symptoms of fatigue are too much laziness, tiredness, poor concentration, difficulty in sleeping, feeling extremely tired after waking up, body weakness, muscle pains, irritability, hallucinations and no motivation.

Before it gets too late and you start getting serious health issues, consult a doctor as soon as possible. In case if you have identify the symptoms in a early stage, then you can do several things to reduce fatigue symptoms. Such as -

1. Make a list of what are the things that you are doing wrong for your health, start working in those areas.
2. Exercise daily for at least half-an-hour.
3. Meditate daily for at least 15 minutes.
4. Watch your diet, avoid too much oily food, junk food and packaged food.
5. Eat nutrient rich food such leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, milk, fish and eggs.
6. Avoid alcohol consumption, or reduce the consumption.
7. Quit smoking, as it leaves many negative impacts on the body.

Now the question arises can we depend on massage totally? The answer is - No.
You cannot ignore a doctor, medications will help you much more faster than massage. But that does not mean massage is not useful in fatigue treatment. Of course it is, and it will help your body in a long run, and will protect you from fatigue. There are many such cases Delhi in which people who went for a regular male to male body massage in Delhi have never faced fatigue issues. They feel thankful for themselves for choosing massage at the right time.

So, along with the medication, it is also recommended to go for massage therapy to get rid of fatigue problems.
