Yes o... They just hold u along the road, tag u a thief even wen no evidence points to u being a criminal, and they parade u with other criminals, which automatically means, u are part of those paraded and commit same crime... In fairness to the public, the suppliers of these lethal weapons must be fished out, and paraded in the same way along with their remaining stocks in trade, publicly and made to face trial in a competent court, then I can believe that this is a genuine arrest.
