Some people are foolish. That man is trying to avoid the sun but doesn’t know he’s endangering his life. Motorcycle is not stable (just 2 legs) enough to bear pressure of the wind caused by the high surface area of the umbrella.
Moreover, that umbrella might likely reduce the speed of the bike
