An Abuja based Construction and Haulage Company is currently seeking to hire highly motivated and forward-thinking individuals to fill the following positions in the Company

1. JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

ROLE: The selected candidate will be responsible for the prospecting of new businesses for the company, managing existing clients, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the industry and also maintains market leadership in the construction and haulage segment of the industry.
He is expected to coordinate and supervise the various units of the company and provide strategic direction for the Group.

Minimum Qualifications:
i) B.Sc./HND in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Marketing and any other Social Science Course
ii) 4 years relevant post qualification job experience in similar role
iii) A knowledge of the Abuja market environment will be an advantage

2. JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS OFFICER
ROLE: The selected candidate will oversee the company accounts, the preparations of the monthly account reports, reconciliation of the company monthly bank reconciliation statements, preparation of the company budget and maintenance of the overall financial records of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
i) B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
ii) 3 years relevant post qualification experience


[b]3. JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS CLERK
ROLE: Maintenance of the company cash book, updating of daily cash registers, cash lodgments to banks and filing of deposit slips and maintenance of petty cash account for routine expenses.
Qualifications:
i) OND in Accounting
ii) 2 years relevant post qualification experience


4. JOB TITLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT
ROLE: The selected candidate will oversee the office administration, maintains incoming and outgoing correspondence records of the company; acts as interface between the company clients and the Business Development Manager; ensures orderliness and cleanliness of the office environment; and ensures that clients’ complaints are resolved without delays.
Minimum Qualifications:
i) SSC or NECO Certificate with credits in 5 subjects (including English)/OND Certificate
ii) 3 years post qualification experience


5. JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER
ROLE: The selected candidate will be responsible for all project developments of the company, site supervisions, preparation of project management reports, and preparation of project cost estimates, iniating project proposals to prospective clients, soliciting and prospecting for new projects for the Group.

Minimum Qualifications:
i) B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, must be registered with COREN ( or to get registered within 6 months of joining the company)
ii) 4 years post qualification experience with track records of projects executed, managed and completed; ready to provide previous clients references, project locations, project costs and photographs.


6. JOB TITLE: Information Technology (IT) Officer
ROLE: The selected candidate must be responsible for all information technology contents delivery of the operations of the company. He shall be in charge of all computer systems and maintenance of the computer hardware of the company and the procurement of relevant IT Software for efficient operations of the company. He must be able to handle designs, advertorials and good in graphic designs
Qualifications:
i) B. Sc./HND in Computer Science or Professionally Certified Computer professionals with hands-on skills in Information Technology Systems
ii) B. Sc./HND in Mass Communication and must have good command of computer
iii) 4 years post qualifications experience in similar positions


7. JOB TITLE : Marketing Officer
JOB ROLE: The selected candidate must demonstrate the competence in marketing the company services to clients, generate and document Call Memorandum Information about prospective clients and follow up on such prospects until they begin to patronize the services of the company & will head the Marketing Team of the Company.
Minimum Qualifications:
i) B.Sc./ HND in Marketing
ii) 3 years post qualifications
experience in similar role.
iii) B.Sc./HND in any other Social Sciences, if you consider yourself a good marketer with 5 years post qualification & Marketing Experience .
