I know some Nigerian born, bred and educated people in US military. Majors and at least one Lt. Col. Not born in US. As far back as ten years ago. That they now hold US citizenship doesn't mean they are no more Nigerians.

don't mind him jare.. this particular woman was born and bred in Nigeria.. she had her first degree from LASU (accounting and Finance) then left for US in 2012

Non-citizens (legal immigrants) can enlist in the US military. Why do they care if you want to die for their country?

He only took a Nigerian name later in life (when he was a student at Stanford) because he wanted his name to have meaning.
