People, listen to me.

There is a cure for the problem of sin in your life and the evil propensities that plague your mind.

Before mankind fell into sin in the garden of Eden, and before sin entered into the world, God the Father already made provision for this curse called sin. Before He created the world, He knew that man was going to sin.

"Why create the world, then, with all the evil, if He knew we were going to sin?" You may ask.

Well, if there wasn't sin, there would be much we would not know about our Creator. In His providence, He has chosen to allow (not cause) the fall of man to be used as a means to reveal His eternal attributes - His unfailing love, His holiness, His omnipotence, His faithfulness, His anger and wrath against evil, and so on.

Did you know that before the first foundation stone of the world was laid, even before He created mankind, God the Father had already provided for Himself a Lamb that would take away the sins of the world?

1 Peter 1: 18-20 says, "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you."

God the Father sent His Son to come into this world as a man. He lived like one of us, people. He lived like us. He sucked His mother's paps. He learnt things while growing up as a boy and even took on the trade of his father - carpentry. He ate food like us. He walked on the road like us. He sweated like us, many times, bearing the heat of the scorching sun. He even said He had nowhere to lay His head. Not that He didn't have a house or that His disciples didn't have homes; but because He had to preach to several towns, with journeys taking days, He would many times not have where to sleep in the night while travelling.

The Jews hated Him. They thought He was a fake. They delivered Him to the Romans to crucify Him. He was put in prison, beaten many times by vicious soldiers, spat on, and crucified on a cross with a crown of thorns. But it was the predetermined plan of God to crucify His Son for the sins of His people. When He hung on that cross, the wrath of God against sin was vented out on Him, and His soul was made an offering for sin.

Jesus did this for you, people. He didn't have to leave Heaven, but He left and came down. He did this for His enemies.

But He didn't stay dead. He rose from the grave and ascended to Heaven, from where He now commands all men to repent and believe the Gospel.
