A week ago, the Katsina State House of Assembly gathered the Commissioner for Water Resources, Salisu Gambo Dandume, to show up before it today the same number of inhabitants depend on water sellers for their everyday needs. Why is this country like this? That is how they have been building 2nd Niger bridge and other critical infrastructure since time immemorial and they keep allocating humongous sums for these projects without results because there are no repercursions!
