Hello Pls my hp notebook 15 laptop wifi and Bluetooth doesn't work Last night I tried browsing from the laptop through my phones Hotspot buh the laptop's wifi wasn't turning on Normally it is supposed say something like "searching for wifi networks" or so buh nothing was coming up I even switched off and on the airplane mode buh still nothing I also tried sending a file via Bluetooth to my phone but I wasn't going as well So I'm guessing the problem is something about wireless connectivity |

Most likely a burnt out wireless card. If it’s not that then you need to update your wireless drivers. |
