FITC, a limited by guarantee professional services special purpose firm that provides cutting edge Training, Consulting and Research services to stakeholders in the Financial and Non-financial services sector within and outside Nigeria, urgently wishes to engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), for Job Descriptions (JDs) Development Project.

Full Description
The targeted SMEs will be expected to: Identify job roles in 15 job families within the Nigerian banking industry. Develop draft JDs for these roles, based on guideline and template to be provided Ultimately profile the competencies for each job role. Target Group: Ex-Bankers (preferably those who left active service within the past 3 years)

Technical Requirements
Expert knowledge of a specific job area in the commercial/merchant banking industry; robust understanding of all the job roles within that job area; ability to develop JDs for these roles, by profiling the jobs and defining required competencies (both technical and behavioural); sound knowledge of the regulatory environment; a laptop, access to internet and capacity to work remotely at least 80% of the time, as member of a team, with applicable team structure

Educational Qualifications
At least a First Degree in relevant disciplines and optionally a Professional Certification; minimum of 12 years work experience in commercial/merchant banking, with at least 3 years in a middle to senior management role.

Behavioural Requirements
Exercise high level of professionalism, reasonable skill and care in the discharge of the assignment
