Afonjas above already crying foul. What the reps. are doing is the right thing. They need court order before confiscating properties. In the court order, they tell the judge what exactly they will be seizing, relevance to the charge and must return all items back to the owner when released or acquitted. As it's right now, they can take your property and not return it back to you because the court has no knowledge of it.
