Basic Duties:
General company secretarial duties
Representing the company in meetings
Draft and review of contracts, mou, agreements. E. T. C
Any other duties assigned by the head of legal department or as assigned by the board.

Qualifications:
LL.B Degree or B.L

Skills required :
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Abiity to work under pressure
Excellent human relationship skills
Excellent administrative skill
Excellent negotiation skill
Ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
