This kinda comment is one of the problems we have in Nigeria; we keep blaming government for everything. Rules are made to be followed but we want someone to come remind us everyday to not break them. The man in question definitely knows the rule and decided to break it. Let's stop blaming government for our own stupidity and crimes.

We have all witnessed and seen drivers making calls while driving and yet we turn a blind eye!

So what now happened to d man?

David Beckham was banned for 6 months and charged 925 pounds(#462,000) for using his cellphone while driving!
How was it possible?
By a passing pedestrian who photographed the incident.....

Now that's is a country where their citizens are actively involved knowing fully well that such misconduct by Beckham could be fatal to someone else!

Here,in Nigeria,we see these drivers everyday operating and making calls with their cellphones including keke drivers!
But we say nothing and only spiritually console our selves with the idea that such reckless behaviour won't result into a fatal accident to us!

At the end,that man wont be charged to court and made to face the punishment of his reckless actions while the living in nigeria will say "thank God it did not happen to me and my family" as they leave the scene and never remember such incident until another similar tragedy occurs!
