An international school around Iyana Ipaja is seeking the service of a young and talented individual for the position of Office Assistant.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Record visitors’ information in enquiry book.
• Attend to customers’ enquiry, complaint and take appropriate step in resolving it.
• Prepare correspondence
• Ensure security of goods and take proper inventory of store items
• Printing of examination questions, test, practical manual, time tables, clearance, newsletters, testimonial, etc.
• Supervision of the female IDO by ensuring the environment is clean and conducive for students and staff.
• Handle any matter relating to admission processing & packages, printing of admission letters, contacting of parents on admission status etc.

Skills and competencies:
Academic qualification: Bsc/HND in business administration, public administration or other social science discipline.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written skills
Preferably female
Only candidate that live around Iyana Ipaja, Ayobo, Ikotun, Agege and Abule Egba axis will be considered.
