Friends, this is urgent.

I have two job opportunity before me

One is 170.000 per month of which I have been working there for past seven months

And another one just came up. offering me 250,000 per month

I need your views if it worth switching.

Both are plcs. The first I work as supervisor and technician. while the last as assistance manager


Please advise me. it is urgent

Sir compare and contrast the working condition, welfare package (HMO, pension, and miscellaneous benefits), job security, career advancement that both opportunities do offer then pick the one that offers more in these areas I have pointed out.
