The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has offered two reports before the Governorship Elections Petition Tribunal sitting in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.

GISTOK reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its competitor, Abdulrazak Atunwa, are testing the validity or generally of the WAEC endorsement of Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq at the council.

Offering the reports on Wednesday at the continued sitting of the council on the pre-hearing session, INEC counsel Rowland Otaru (SAN), recognized them as structures ECAD and ECAE which contained the consequences of the race over the 16 nearby government regions and presentation of results for the workplace of the legislative leader of the state.

Otaru included that the reports avowed that All Progressives Congress (APC) competitor Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq was the champ of the decision.

He told the council that "those are the reports we have now at this pre-hearing session. Every other record will come in amid the genuine preliminary."

In the meantime, Barrister Kingsley Odey, advice to the PDP did not make the item to the offering of the report.

Mr. Odey educated the court that he means to call up the limit of five observers, including that one will be an archive master, and the other will be subpoenaed from the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) office. Pre-hearing gathering proceeds on Thursday for the streamlining of preliminary timetable.
