The Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State has expelled a suit testing the assignment of Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as the applicant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Delta North senatorial locale in the March 23 National Assembly races.

In suit number FHC/ASB/CS/11/2019, the Integrity Group, a collective society association, looked for the exclusion of Nwaoboshi from challenging the races because he was purportedly a cultist and that the PDP did not correctly designate him.

Conveying judgment on Wednesday, Justice Nnamdi Dimgba summarily rejected the suit for being rule banished and ailing in legitimacy.

Expelling every one of the charges against the occupant congressperson, Justice Dimgba held that there was no proof to help the offended party's cases.

The court held that the offended parties came up short on the locus standi to organize the case, as it didn't partake in the PDP crucial decision where Nwaoboshi was named.
