Kim Kardashian and mother of four who recently welcomed her fourth baby via surrogate was seen on Wednesday afternoon spending some quality time with her oldest daughter North West, five, at Disneyland to celebrate a friend’s birthday.

The 38-year-old reality star went bra-free for their trip, showing off her ample bosom in a white tank top.

In addition to the low-cut top, Kim had on a baggy pair of off-white pants, which featured large cargo pockets and a drawstring belt.
