The Ugandan government will be smiling all the way to the bank after putting pen to paper in a KSh 160 billion deal to export medical marijuana products to Germany and Canada. The one year deal will see the country export Cannabinol (CBD) and Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with a mixture of 2.7mg THC and 2.5mg CBD for Sativex drugs approved in USA, Europe and Canada to 20,000 pharmacies in the two countries.

I don't understand this beaf about marijuana. If they feel it is unhealthy for our populace, allow those who see its economic value by exporting to do it.

I continue to repose absolute confidence in His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari. I am certain that BEFORE his final term of office is complete, the President will hand Nigeria one of its most lucrative economy boosts ever recorded on the continent of Africa, by LEGALIZING the cultivation, consumption and export of marijuana, EXACTLY as is being done right now in Uganda.

The medicinal usages of cannabis are myriad, ranging from powerful pain-reduction properties, to appetite enhancement in chemotherapy cancer patients, to the alleviation of glaucoma symptoms by mitigating inter-ocular pressure, to the management of patients with convulsions, to the treatment of cancer itself. Nigeria's southern regions in particular, are blessed with rich agricultural soil quality that is IDEAL for the cultivation of high-grade marijuana YEAR ROUND, generating millions of greenback dollars in tax revenue, and export proceeds.

Revenue generated from a legalized and industrialized Marijuana production industry in Nigeria, has the potential to SURPASS the income derived from crude oil exports, in less than a decade from the date at which marijuana cultivation is legalized. From a purely financial and economic standpoint, the legalization of marijuana cultivation in Nigeria would amount to a master stroke of legislative genius, the likes of which are rarely seen more than once in any given generation. The sale of high quality marijuana seeds alone, is already a multi-BILLION dollar business that Nigeria could embrace rapidly, and with comparatively small initial revenue investment.

President Buhari sir, please, PLEASE, LEGALIZE the weed TODAY, so that you can then preside over one of the most startling and sustained economic recoveries ever recorded in the annals of human history, on ANY continent. NOW is the time, to take this bold step, Mr. President, by joining the thriving global market already being tapped by Uganda, Jamaica, Ecuador, Canada, South Africa, and Holland, along with several of North America's most prosperous states, all of whom are already cashing in BIG TIME, as the Green Revolution sweeps our green planet, creating vast fortunes, whilst healing millions of the infirm, with ZERO side-effects.

Legalize it President Buhari, and take your rightful place among the greatest visionary leaders ever to walk Africa's rich and bounteous soil.

Northerners will tell you its against Islam. Just like they frown upon alcohol in their region, yet VAT from alcohol is shared across the 36 states. Oloshi them
