A lady is currently on the run after leaving her stepdaughter with a terrible head injury in Amassoma, Bayelsa State.

The suspect allegedly used a packer to repeatedly hit the little girl on the head for asking her for food on Tuesday.

The victim is now undergoing treatment, while search is still on for her stepmom.
