Today we will analyze the main processing form of GI steel coil:

1. Alloy galvanized coil
This kind of steel plate is made of hot dip galvanizing, but after the trough, immediately heated to a temperature of about 500 ℃, it makes the generation of zinc and iron alloy membrane. The GI steel coil with spangles made in China has good coating tightness and weldability.

2. Single side plating and double side difference galvanized coil
Single sided galvanized steel, that is, only on one side of galvanized products. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized coil in welding, coating, anti-rust treatment, and processing. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side without zinc coating, and there is a thin layer of zinc coated on the other side of the GI steel coil with spangles, that is, double-sided difference galvanized coil;

3. Hot dip galvanized coil
Dip the coil steel into the molten zinc bath so that the surface adheres to a layer of zinc coil steel. At present the main use of continuous zinc production process, that is, the rolled steel coil continuous dip in the melting zinc plating bath made of hot dip galvanized steel coil;

4. Alloy, composite galvanized coil
It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy or composite plated steel. This steel plate has excellent rust resistance and good coating performance. In addition to the above five, there is color galvanized steel, printing coating galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on.

5. Galvanized coil
This kind of GI steel coil made by electro galvanizing has good workability. But the thin coating, corrosion resistance is not as hot-dip galvanized coil.
