Our client is one of the leading Estate Management Company in Nigeria and they are currently searching for a smart individual with a dept knowledge of estate management to manage their properties.

Job Description


Responsible for keeping properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants.

Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.

Liaise with relevant government agencies as required

Responsible for tenant relations, such as, developing rental agreements, select qualified tenants, resolve tenants complaints and oversee eviction proceedings if necessary

Keep open dialogue with management on vacancies, tenants, physical condition of the property and financial issues

Review lease expiration dates and utilize renewal process checklist to deliver notices which allows adequate time to schedule an appointment with the resident to review and sign the new lease

Review leasing activity along with occupancy and make recommendations for specials, promotions/advertising that may be needed to generate leasing activity and increase occupancy.

Write service request for maintenance repairs received from residents and ensure proper follow up to ascertain that it is done.

Keep updated records on all tenanted properties owned by the company for regular and timely renewal

Provide a comparative market analysis of ongoing rents in the area in order to determine appropriate rental for the vacancies.

Qualification

BSC/HND in Estate Management
Minimum of 6-10 years of working experience in the same capacity
Planning and Organizational skills
God understanding of Real Estate Management
Problem-solving skills,
Superior negotiation and contract management skills
