Cleaners

Requirements
• Must possess a minimum qualification of SSCE
• Must be living around the school and it's Environs
• Must be able to express his/herself in simple English Language
• Must be active and ready to Start work immediately
• Must be attentive, honest, able to use his/her discretion and punctual at work
• Must be willing to run erands

Duties and Responsibilities

The Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:
• Clean, dust and mop offices, floors, environment etc
• Wipe down desks and chairs and make sure stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials
• Empty trash cans and make sure that all trash is properly disposed of
• Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properly
• Wash plates, cups and cutleries
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the areas around the office such as walkway.

Prior Experience in Customer Service and similar roles
Problems solving skills and experienced in relating with Parents.
Must have Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Handling Pressure & Basic Numeracy skills.
Work Experience: 1-3 years.


Job Duties

Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
