Reform Abia State civil and public services including the overburdening parastatal including Abiaploy and the Medical Institute that siphons the State resources.

Abia State is politically Oil producing State where that Oil taxes goes to Lagos State.

Anambra State allocation is higher than Abia State inclusive of the oil money.
