Please, I need a honest advice from users and owners of VW passat 2005 - 2007 & Ford fusion 2005 - 2009. I need to make a choice asap.
Your opinions and analysis should be based on: Its naija used though.
1. Reliability
2. Maintenance
3. Fuel economy
4. Availability of parts.

With the years you've mentioned, the fusion is more reliable than the passat...but you might struggle to get the parts of the fusion... if you're gonna get the fusion, get the 09...also the fusion gets better gas millage than the passat..... Both are cheap cars with bad resale value so for your money's worth, get the fusion.
