An indigenous fast growing business consulting firm is looking to hire a client service executive to join her workforce to help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.

The client services executive will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison between the company and client.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of client’s projects and services that directly affect each client.
• Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other team members.
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
• Encourage revenue growth by encouraging clients to use our services.
• Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
• Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
• Make frequent client calls to strengthen client relationships.
• Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
• Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
• Maintain client focused working environment for team members.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
• Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.

Qualifications
First Degree in any social science discipline
Experience as a client service personnel
must have completed Nysc
