Engine in top shape (religiously serviced with 5w 20 full synthetic oil, thermostat and factory cooling fan settings intact)
Smooth Auto Transmission (atf flushed and replaced in January 2019 at 202,939miles with genuine honda atf)
Suspension intact
AC chilling

Could be better

CEL illuminated (O2 sensor issues)
Paintwork has seen better days
Driver’s seat upholstery and headliner need some work
Tires will soon need to be changed

Reason for sale: Felt like upgrading after 4 years
