A reputable Oil and Gas firm located in Lagos State is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of a Construction Manager

Job Title:[/b] Construction Project Manager

[b]Location: Calabar

Job Responsibilities
• On-site visits (Budget, Schedule, Issues/ Risk Tracking, Construction Quality assurance and status reporting)
• Identify outstanding issues through weekly meetings, correspondences, memoranda, request for change, performance reports, status reports and schedule updates
• Evaluate potential impact, action required, assign sponsor, team member and assign ‘drop dead’ date for resolution
• Track information with regards to issue number, title, type, category, status, priority, submitted by, issue date and date assigned
• Responsible for change request
• To change management process
• Identify alternatives
• Update issue tracking system and communicate status to team members

Requirements
• Ideal candidate should have a first degree in civil engineering, be a certified project manager with not less than 10 years hands-on experience.
• He should have vast experience in project time control, schedules, cost, safety codes and quality of civil works (ISO9001:2015).
• To have knowledge on Project Execution, Construction and commissioning
