The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ruled that Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was qualified to contest the September 2018 governorship election in Osun State. A three-man panel of the court made the pronouncement on Thursday in a unanimous judgment which upheld the appeals by Adeleke and his party, the PDP.
