The painful thing is that the money being dashed to one religion is owned by folks from two religion. When the governors want to cry about more funds in Abuja, you will never heat them talk about using it to buy rams because they know it is wrong and illogical but once they get the money and want to do fire brigade governance, they can share it to the religion majority of their people belong to.
