The school management of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Atani campus are being forced by the school management led by the campus chairman of exam board Mr. Adigwe to write their 1st semester exam starting from Tuesday which has already been declared a public holiday by FG.

I wish to know how valid the said exam will be since most of the students have travelled for the holidays, fellow Nairalandersyour contribution are needed on the legal implications of this act. Thanks
