We are currently recruiting to fill the some positions which are as follows:

1. Executive Assistant
Location: Ikeja
Salary: N150, 000.00 - N180, 000.00
Keynote: Bilingual (German or French)

Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO on administrative and development support to Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all official business matters. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees official business projects.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
2. Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. 3. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with business partner, The Management Team, and members of staff.
4. Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.
5. Supports CEO in her external commitments related to official business, including service on external vendors.

Qualifications
-The ideal candidate must be a bilingual (preferably German or French)
-Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
-Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners
-Expert level written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
-Emotional maturity and Intelligence
-Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
-Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest
level of customer/client service and response
