Today, I signed into law the 2019 Appropriation Bill approved by the Lagos State House of Assembly. This bill which will allow us begin to build for a greater Lagos is made up of 55% capital expenditure and 45% recurrent expenditure. The total budget is N873,532,460,725. Thank you for helping us start work immediately.
